If a mail server does not answer and we cannot give a result, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.
Taxes and currency
Prices are in US dollars. Customers in India pay in rupees at checkout, with 18% GST added and a GST invoice issued.
Cancel any time
Monthly plans can be cancelled from your dashboard and stay active until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
Rollover on monthly plans
Checks you do not use in a month carry over to the next month, then expire.
Free checks need a work email
Accounts made with Gmail, Outlook.com or other free and temporary addresses are not accepted.
Payment methods
Pay online by card, UPI, net banking or PayPal. Larger accounts can pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Which option costs less for me?
If you check about the same number of addresses every month, a monthly plan costs less per check. If you clean a big list a few times a year, a credit pack is usually better, because those credits never expire.
Can I combine a plan and a credit pack?
Yes. Monthly checks are used first, then pay-as-you-go credits.
Am I charged for duplicates in my file?
No. Duplicate addresses are removed before checking, and each unique address uses one credit.
Do you offer discounts for agencies or non-profits?
Yes, for regular high volumes and registered non-profits. Tell us about your use and we will send a quote.
