Why BounceBell exists
Every bounced email costs you a little sender reputation. Enough of them and mailbox providers start sending your messages to spam, including the ones that go to real customers. Most bounces are avoidable: old addresses, typos, temporary inboxes and domains that shut down years ago.
We build software for research and data teams, including the DATAVICS research platform and the IPzentra IP intelligence API. Our own campaign tools needed a dependable way to clean lists before sending, and BounceBell grew out of that work.

What we care about
Straight answers
When a mail server will not tell us whether a mailbox exists, we say so. We would rather show you an unknown than call a guess valid.
Fair pricing
You pay for definite results only. Unknowns and duplicates are free, and pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
Careful with your data
Your lists are personal data about your contacts. We use them only to run your checks and delete them on a schedule.
