This policy explains how Astrizon Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use BounceBell, including the website at bouncebell.com, the dashboard and the API. It covers two kinds of data that we treat differently:
- Account data: information about you and your team as our customers. For this data we are the controller.
- List data: the email addresses you upload or send to the API for checking. For this data you are the controller and we act as your processor, following your instructions.

Account data we collect

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
List data you send us for checking
- We use list data only to run the checks you ask for and to show you the results.
- Checking an address means looking up its domain and talking to its mail server. We never send an email to the address.
- Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically 30 days after a check finishes, or immediately when you delete them in your dashboard.
- We do not add your contacts to any database of our own, and we do not share list data with other customers.
- To keep results accurate, we may keep a record that a domain is disposable or catch-all. This is information about domains, not about people.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and check the addresses you upload. Our terms include data processing terms, and we can sign a separate data processing agreement on request.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run BounceBell. Each one only receives the data it needs and is bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.

International transfers
We are based in India, and our servers may be in India or other countries. When personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred, we use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the UK addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep data
- List data: up to 30 days after a check finishes, then deleted.
- Single checks from your dashboard or the API: 90 days, then deleted.
- Account data: for as long as your account is open, and up to 90 days after you close it.
- Invoices and payment records: for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR and UK GDPR): you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you can ask for information about processing, correction and erasure, nominate a person to act for you, and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
If your address appears in a list a customer uploaded, please contact that customer first, because they decide how it is used. We will help them answer you.
To use any of these rights, write to privacy@bouncebell.com. We answer within 30 days.

Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it, and passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Children
BounceBell is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
