BounceBell is pay as you go. You buy credit packs, there are no subscriptions, and nothing renews automatically. This policy explains when we refund a purchase.
Unknown results
When a check ends with the status unknown, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
Credit packs
- Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open.
- A credit pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
- Partly used packs are not refundable.
- Free daily checks have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
When we close an account
If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund your unused paid credits. Accounts closed for breaking the terms or the acceptable use policy are not refunded.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them. For customers in India, we issue a GST credit note with the refund.
