These terms are an agreement between you and Astrizon Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), the company that runs BounceBell. By creating an account, buying credits or using the API, you agree to them. If you use BounceBell for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

BounceBell checks email addresses and reports whether they are likely to receive mail. Results are based on what mail servers tell us at the moment of the check. Mail servers can answer incorrectly, change their behaviour or refuse to answer, so we cannot guarantee that any result is correct or that mail to a valid address will be delivered.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and sign up with a work email address.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys. Keep them secret and tell us straight away if you think they have been misused.
• Free sign-up credits are given once per organisation. Creating extra or fake accounts to get more free credits is not allowed, and we may hold, refuse or remove free credits from accounts that look automated or fake.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. In short: only check addresses you are allowed to process, and never use BounceBell to support spam, guess addresses or harm others.

4. Credits and payment

• BounceBell is pay as you go. You buy credits in packs, and one credit checks one unique address. Results with the status unknown do not use a credit.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
• New accounts made with a company email address get free sign-up credits once, as shown on the pricing page, after the email is confirmed. We may change or withdraw the free credits offer for new accounts at any time.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Customers in India are charged in rupees with GST added. Other taxes may apply depending on where you are.
• Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to the lists you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. For list data, we act as your processor under the data processing terms below, and as described in our privacy policy.

Data processing terms

• We process list data only on your instructions, which are given by using the service.
• Our staff and providers who handle list data are bound by confidentiality.
• We keep list data secure and delete it within 30 days of a check finishing, or sooner when you delete it.
• We help you answer requests from people exercising their data rights, and we tell you without undue delay about any breach affecting your list data.
• You may object to a new sub-processor by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the objection, you may close your account and receive a pro-rata refund of unused paid credits.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep BounceBell available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will give reasonable notice.

7. Suspension and closing accounts

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or has unpaid charges. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

8. Liability

BounceBell is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or damage to sender reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of the data you uploaded or how you used the service in breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim locally.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use BounceBell after that means you accept the new terms.
