How do the free sign-up credits work?

Every new account gets 5,000 free credits, once you confirm your company email address. One credit checks one address.

• Free credits never expire, the same as credits you buy.
• Unknown results are refunded, so they do not use up your credits.
• Free credits are given once per company. A second account at the same company domain does not get them again.

To keep the service fair, we check every new sign-up for signs of fake accounts. Sometimes an account is held for a short review first, for example when it was created through a VPN or a proxy. Reviews usually take less than one working day, and you can use paid credits in the meantime.
